Adding your email to the list is a way to follow the build. It is not a purchase, not a pre-order and not a reservation. No payment is taken on this site, and joining does not hold a Patchy for you.

The images and videos on this site are concept renders and concept animations, not photographs of a finished product. The design, the features, the price and the timing can all still change, and it is possible that Patchy is never released.

The price we mention, about $199, is an aim and not an offer. When preorders open, the price and the terms shown at that checkout are the ones that apply to that purchase.

There is no ship date to hold us to. Waitlist order is not a queue and does not guarantee that you will be offered a Patchy, or when.

We describe Patchy as we understand it at the time we write it. If something we published turns out to be wrong or misleading, tell us and we will correct the page.

Please use the forms as they are meant to be used: your own email address, once each, and messages you actually want to send. Automated signups or flooding the forms breaks the waitlist for everyone.

The text and drawings on this site belong to Patchy. Sharing a link to the page, or a screenshot of it with a friend, is welcome.

These terms do not limit any right you have as a consumer, and nothing in them asks you to give up a claim against us. If a future purchase has its own terms, they will be shown to you before you pay.

We may update this page as the project changes. The date at the top shows which version you are reading, and the newest version replaces the older one.
